I tried to install a new BT line and they tried to charge me £125. Even when I talked to customer option they didn't help or reduced it. However I came across their current special offer on BT.com which stated £29.99 connection fee between 2nd February 2010 and 30th June 2010!! So irritating! Well I thought it would be nice to share it with others. The catches are:
1) You must have your talk plan with BT otherwise you will be charge £7.5 a month extra.
2) 18 months contract
